ROSEMARY SEA SALT
WHAT TO DO
Place 200g of course sea salt into a mortar and pestle. Remove leaves for 2-3 stems of fresh rosemary. Grind salt and rosemary together until salt has broken down and rosemary is evenly infused into salt. Transfer to an airtight jar for storage.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
- Perfect for seasoning vegetables, meat or sauces. 
- Sprinkle over potatoes, or trays of roast vegetables prior to cooking with generous amounts of extra virgin olive oil. 
- Rub over roast lamb, chicken or pork cutlets before cooking. 
- Add extra flavour to soups, stocks and sauces. 
- Experiment using different herbs and spices to make your own custom blends.
