WHAT TO DO
Place 200g of course sea salt into a mortar and pestle. Remove leaves for 2-3 stems of fresh rosemary. Grind salt and rosemary together until salt has broken down and rosemary is evenly infused into salt. Transfer to an airtight jar for storage.
Perfect for seasoning vegetables, meat or sauces.
Sprinkle over potatoes, or trays of roast vegetables prior to cooking with generous amounts of extra virgin olive oil.
Rub over roast lamb, chicken or pork cutlets before cooking.
Add extra flavour to soups, stocks and sauces.
