MACADAMIA NUT BUTTER

MAKES APPROX. 1 CUP | GLUTEN FREE | DAIRY FREE | VEGAN

INGREDIENTS

  • 500g natural macadamia nuts

  • 1 tsp natural salt flakes

METHOD

Preheat oven to 140*C. Place macadamia nuts onto a baking tray and roast for 20-30 minutes or until lightly golden.

Remove from oven and transfer to a food processor. Add salt. Blend until nuts become smooth and creamy, this may take 10-15 minutes or so. Transfer to a glass jar and store in the refrigerator.
