2 INGREDIENT STRAWBERRY JAM
MAKES 500ML | GLUTEN FREE | DAIRY FREE
1kg ripe strawberries, sliced
1 cup raw honey
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Place strawberries and honey in a deep ovenproof dish. Mix together well.
Roast strawberries in the oven for 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes to prevent sides burning.
Remove from oven. Ladle hot jam into sterilised jars.
Seal and store in the cupboard or refrigerator until ready to eat.
